- Rödbetshummus:
- 3 rödbetor, förkokta
- 380g kikärtor
- 2 vitlöksklyftor
- 4 msk olivolja
- 1 msk tahini
- 1 tsk spiskummin
- ½ citron, saften
- Salt
- Peppar
- Toppa med:
- Färska örter
Tillagning
- Rödbetshummus: Mixa samtliga ingredienser till hummusen. Smaka av med salt och peppar.
- Skär tomaterna i lagom stora bitar.
- Bred hummus på rågbrödet. Lägg på vegansk ost, pepperoni och tomater. Toppa med färska örter.
